On a typical Alaska day in January (read: minus 14 degrees Fahrenheit) we did the typical Alaskan thing. We went to watch the start of a sled dog race--the Tustumena 200. It starts in Kasilof and the dogs run to the Caribou Hills then return sometime tomorrow. It's a 200 mile race, just as the name implies. Good Alaskan fun for everyone involved.

...just as soon as the snow melts
So, this is the scowling beast we call Harmony. It may look like a mild mannered travel trailer waiting out the Alaska winter right now, but this summer it will roar to raucous life as we travel from Alaska to the lower 48...and back. And, guess what? You can keep up to date with our adventures in Harmony right here. That's right! The good, the bad, the harmonious, and otherwise will be here for you to read about from the comfort of your own home. It all starts...just as soon as the snow melts.
